Field of activity

Are you interested in fields of activity / career prospects? Then you can use the following overview for your orientation.

The study of  Food and Nutrition Science aims to qualifiy with its job-oriented education including individual study organization and special focuses, and furthermore complemented  by providing additional qualification for the following occupational fields:

  • Activities (sale, marketing, production) at companies of community food supply (catering, hospitals) and of the food and household appliances industry
  • Information and counselling activities in the nutrition industry, at consumer associations, state and municipal information centers in health care
  • Teaching and further education activities in facilities for adult education, in hospitals, in the food and household appliances industry
  • Journalistic activities in scientific publishing companies
  • PR and advertising agencies

  • Quality management in the food and household appliances industry
