Field of activity

The Master graduates of the study program aim to be well prepared for professions and positions requiring academical and practical competence along with the capacity for a methodical approach.

This compilation of the possible professional fields required the collection of the professional associations’ data (e.g. Gesellschaft Deutscher Lebensmitteltechnologen, GDL),  the experiences of  teachers, and the survey of employers.

  • National and international activity in research and science (universities, universities of applied science, non-university research institutions.
  • Leading position in research and development of enterprises with international network
  • Leading position in product or process development and production in enterprises of food industry
  • Responsible activity in the field of plant construction and the equipment manufacturing for food processing
